No verification begins without the clear and explicit consent of the data owner. The data collected and used, the purposes for which it is processed, and the processing itself are all explained upstream.

A transparent process

Applicants can exercise their right to have their personal data deleted or withdraw their consent at any time. At the end of the agreed retention period, the personal data held by EveryCheck is anonymized.

Because we are committed to respecting your personal data, security audits are regularly carried out on our tools and equipment, and regular awareness training is provided for our teams, supervised by our DPO, a lawyer specializing in Data Protection law.
