Is CV verification legal?

Since a law passed in 1992, your potential employer has the right and the duty to verify the veracity of what you have written on your CV. The recruiter is responsible for informing you of the recruitment assistance methods and techniques that will be used.

What checks will be carried out?

We will verify the factual elements of the documents that you will send us, we only refer to the information present on the document.

Is this service in accordance with the GDPR?

EveryCheck ensures, with the help of specialized lawyers, that its process is fully compliant (CNIL & RGPD).

Where is your data stored?

Your data is stored in France and will be destroyed after 2 years.

How long will my data be kept for?

Everycheck keeps the data and the report concerning you for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the report. Beyond these two years, the data will be anonymized and then deleted.

Who has access to your personal data?

The information collected on this platform is intended only for the company wishing to recruit you. We do not reuse your data for commercial purposes. However, after anonymization, your data may be used for statistical purposes.

What are your rights ?

In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct information concerning you. You can also object to the processing of your data by contacting us or refusing authorization. However in this case, EveryCheck will not be able to carry out the mission conferred by the employer.

All data and information transmitted to our service via the secure TLS 1.2 protocol is encrypted using RSA-2048 keys
